Role Overview

Vishya Learning Solutions is looking for a 4 to 5 years of relevant experienced E-Learning Content Story Board Developer who can independently own the end-to-end development of high-quality corporate learning content. The ideal candidate will combine strong instructional/content design skills with hands-on expertise in visual design, presentation development, video editing, animation, and modern e-learning authoring tools.

Primary focus: End-to-end e-learning content Story Boards Development, instructional structuring, visual design, development, and quality assurance. Video editing and advanced multimedia tools are valued as additional capabilities, not primary selection criteria.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop detailed storyboards for corporate e-learning courses and digital learning modules.

· Convert raw content, SME inputs, and learning objectives into structured and engaging learning experiences.

· Create screen-by-screen storyboards covering:

o On-screen text (OST)

o Voice-over scripts

o Visual and graphic instructions

o Animations

o Interactivities

o Assessments and knowledge checks

· Collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, graphic designers, animators, and multimedia developers.

· Ensure effective alignment between learning objectives, content, visuals, and learner interactions.

· Suggest creative approaches to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.

· Design appropriate scenarios, examples, case studies, simulations, and interactive learning activities.

· Maintain consistency in tone, language, visual instructions, and learning flow throughout the module.

· Review and revise storyboards based on internal and client feedback.

· Ensure storyboards are clear, accurate, and easy for multimedia development teams to interpret and implement.

· Meet project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Required Expertise

· Strong storyboarding and visual storytelling skills.

· Good understanding of e-learning development and instructional design principles.

· Ability to convert complex information into simple, engaging, and learner-friendly content.

· Excellent written communication and English language skills.

· Strong ability to write clear on-screen text and voice-over scripts.

· Knowledge of corporate learning and training environments is preferred.

· Understanding of e-learning interactions, assessments, scenarios, simulations, and gamification.

· Ability to visualize screen layouts and provide clear instructions for graphics and animations.

· Strong attention to detail and content accuracy.

· Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Added-Value: Multimedia, Video & Technology Skills

·E-Learning Authoring: Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.

·Presentation & Visual Design: Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent.

·Video & Motion (Added Value): Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.

·Audio (Added Value): Adobe Audition, Audacity, or equivalent.

·Supporting/AI Tools (Added Value): Experience with AI-assisted content, image, voice, video, or productivity tools is an advantage.

Quality Assurance & Review

· Take ownership of final quality sign-off readiness—not only designing the content, but ensuring the completed deliverable is production-ready.

· Identify defects clearly, track corrections, conduct rechecks, and provide actionable feedback to designers, developers, editors, or other contributors.

· Validate e-learning functionality, navigation, interactions, assessments, media synchronization, links, captions, audio, and publishing/output settings.

· Review content for accuracy, completeness, consistency, grammar, terminology, instructional logic, visual alignment, animation behavior, and learner usability.

· Perform structured quality checks before delivery and after revisions to ensure all learning assets meet project specifications and Vishya Learning quality standards.

Preferred Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related field.

· Experience in developing storyboards for corporate e-learning or digital learning content.

· Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools is an added advantage.

Working Hours & Shift Structure

The standard office schedule is Monday to Saturday, with every 3rd Saturday as a holiday. General office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. An alternate shift operates from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. The applicable shift will be switched for the individual on a month-on-month basis.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take learning content and transform it into a clear, structured, visually engaging, and interactive storyboard that provides a seamless blueprint for the e-learning development team.

The ideal candidate should combine strong writing skills, instructional thinking, creativity, and visual imagination to create impactful learning experiences for corporate learners.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
