 Role Description
 
 
 
 This entry-level, full-time role as a Junior IT Specialist &ndash; Desktop Support is based on-site in Tampa, FL. The Junior IT Specialist will be responsible for providing desktop and end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, ensuring network security, and managing technical tickets. The role will involve guided collaboration with teams and direct interaction with end-users to deliver effective IT support and solutions.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology to support infrastructure needs

 Strong Troubleshooting skills to address hardware, software, and network-related issues
