Key Responsibilities1. Guest Services<ul><li>Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.</li><li>Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments.</li><li>Handle guest complaints, requests, and queries professionally and promptly.</li><li>Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and personalized service.</li><li>Maintain guest history and preferences for future stays.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, F&amp;B, and other departments for guest requirements.</li><li>Ensure accurate communication of guest needs and special arrangements.</li><li>Update guest information in PMS.</li></ul>3. Reservations &amp; Front Desk Operations<ul><li>Assist with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, billing, and payment procedures.</li><li>Ensure lobby area is clean, presentable, and guest-friendly.</li></ul>4. Guest Experience &amp; Satisfaction<ul><li>Conduct guest feedback calls / surveys.</li><li>Address issues proactively to prevent repeated complaints.</li><li>Promote hotel services, amenities, and upsell where necessary.</li></ul>5. Professional Conduct<ul><li>Maintain grooming standards as per hotel policy.</li><li>Uphold hotel policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.</li><li>Represent the hotel with a positive and friendly attitude.</li></ul>Key Skills Required<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong customer service mindset.</li><li>Good knowledge of hotel operations &amp; PMS systems.</li><li>Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
