Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Sales to join our sales team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. Percentage of sales would be applied to your salary.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mails</li><li>Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.</li><li>Support office management tasks to ensure efficient operations.</li><li>Social Media Marketing</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is a must.</li><li>Proficiency in computer skills and in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Experience in sales and shipments.</li><li>Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.</li></ul>If you are a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic office environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
