A Fuego Lento is looking for a strong, hospitality driven Lead Bartender to join our team. We are searching for someone who can lead behind the bar with confidence, maintain high service standards, and help create a memorable guest experience in a fast paced Latin restaurant environment.This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience, strong cocktail knowledge, and the ability to manage both service flow and team organization during busy shifts.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead bar operations during service while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency</li><li>Prepare classic cocktails, signature cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages</li><li>Help oversee bar organization, cleanliness, and prep</li><li>Support training and development of bartenders and bar support staff</li><li>Maintain inventory awareness and communicate product needs to management</li><li>Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with safety standards</li><li>Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests</li><li>Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth operations</li><li>Assist with opening and closing procedures</li><li>Help contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails, menu improvements, and guest experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous bartending experience required</li><li>Leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations</li><li>Ability to multitask in a high volume environment</li><li>Strong communication and hospitality skills</li><li>Positive attitude and professional appearance</li><li>Weekend and evening availability required</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe want someone who enjoys hospitality, works well under pressure, and understands how to create both a strong team environment and a great guest experience.
