Hiring: Sitework / Underground SuperintendentLocation: Ocala, FL (Primary Work Area) Company: A&amp;R Development Group LLCA&amp;R Development Group LLC is actively seeking an experienced Sitework/Underground Superintendent to join our team in Ocala, Florida. We are a fast-growing civil construction company specializing in site development and underground utilities, and we are looking for a leader who knows the industry inside and out.Position OverviewThe Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations for sitework and underground utility projects. This role requires a knowledgeable, hands-on leader capable of managing multiple crews, interpreting plans, maintaining production, and making effective decisions in real time.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all field operations for sitework and underground utility projects</li><li>Manage multiple crews and ensure daily production goals are met</li><li>Operate and utilize GPS &amp; survey equipment (Trimble, Topcon, etc.)</li><li>Read and interpret full plan sets and specifications</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors</li><li>Track quantities, progress, and maintain project documentation</li><li>Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with local codes</li><li>Make smart, efficient decisions on the fly to keep projects moving</li><li>Assist with layout, grading checks, and utility installation verification</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years experience in site development &amp; underground utilities</li><li>Strong knowledge of storm, sewer, water, fire lines, and site grading</li><li>Proficient with GPS machine control &amp; survey equipment</li><li>Ability to manage multiple crews and complex job sites</li><li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling</li><li>Ability to read civil plans, details, and profiles</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>Must be reliable, organized, and safety-focused</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Company truck or allowance (if applicable)</li><li>Growth opportunities with an expanding company</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Consistent local work &mdash; primarily in the Ocala/marion county area</li></ul>How to ApplySend your resume or work history to: Alex@ARtractorworx.com OR call/text: 352-209-8980Job Type: Full-timePay: $31.45 - $37.88 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
