The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a willingness to learn industry-specific products and processes. This role involves managing customer enquiries, coordinating project-related documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the production team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage new enquiries and thoroughly understand customer requirements.</li><li>Prepare competitive offers and quotations tailored to client needs.</li><li>Revise and update quotations based on customer feedback and specifications.</li><li>After receiving the Purchase Order (P.O), prepare and share the General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) for client approval to initiate production.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule client inspections upon completion of the unit.</li><li>Implement required modifications based on inspection observations.</li><li>Obtain final dispatch clearance from the client after approvals.</li><li>Ensure all relevant documents&mdash;test certificates, manuals, and other deliverables&mdash;are prepared and handed over to the client.</li><li>Ensure the final product is defect-free and meets all quality standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong convincing and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Capability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.</li><li>Basic knowledge of sales processes, customer coordination, or technical product communication (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible to apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
