Closet Designer / Interior Designer (Remote &ndash; Custom Closets)We are seeking a talented Closet Designer / Interior Designer to join our growing custom closet company. The ideal candidate has experience in space planning, design visualization, and creating detailed layouts for residential closet projects.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create functional and visually appealing closet layouts using provided floor plans</li><li>Develop 3D renderings and design presentations for client approval</li><li>Prepare finalized designs and order documents for production</li><li>Collaborate with clients virtually (and occasionally in person) to refine designs and ensure satisfaction</li><li>Participate in larger, on-site consultations as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in closet design or interior design required</li><li>Proficiency with Closet Pro software (highly preferred) or similar design tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to translate client needs into practical design solutions</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Base salary during the initial training period</li><li>Per-project commission added once the designer begins meeting with clients directly</li></ul>Work Environment:This is primarily a remote position. Most client interactions and design work are completed virtually, with occasional in-person meetings for larger or complex projectsJob Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: $49,459.37 - $90,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10001
