Job Description: IT Support EngineerLocation: Borivali (West), Mumbai &ndash; 400092 Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1&ndash;4 years (preferred) Department: IT Support / Technical OperationsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day IT operations, user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-user systems and ensuring smooth IT functioning across the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows, MS Office, network issues, etc.).</li><li>Manage and monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.</li><li>Handle email configuration (Outlook/Thunderbird/Google Workspace).</li><li>Regular system updates, antivirus monitoring, and security patching.</li><li>Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and hardware procurement.</li><li>Support for CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and office peripherals.</li><li>Backup management and basic server support (if required).</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of tickets and daily IT operations.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in IT support/desktop support.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, hardware components.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues efficiently.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred (optional&mdash;add/remove as needed).</li></ul>Salary Range&#8377;12,000 &ndash; &#8377;15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)Work Schedule<ul><li>Location: Borivali (W), Mumbai &ndash; 400092</li><li>Working Days: Monday to Saturday</li><li>Timing: Standard business hours</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
