Part-Time Accountant (Jewelry Brand) &ndash; DubaiLocation: Al Quoz, Dubai Job Type: Part-TimeWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our small team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to supporting the growth of our jewelry brand.Work Schedule<ul><li>Mandatory: On-site at our studio once every weekend.</li><li>Additional Work: Remote support during the week when needed.</li><li>Flexibility with timing is required depending on workload.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and business performance summaries.</li><li>Assist with pricing for jewelry products.</li><li>Manage accounting records, reconciliations, and financial documentation.</li><li>Support with government-related applications or filings (rare but required occasionally)</li><li>Monitor expenses, cash flow, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and maintain high accuracy.</li><li>Work collaboratively with a small team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong sense of loyalty.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably with small businesses or retail/creative industries)</li><li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reporting, and cost analysis.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines quickly.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Based in Dubai and able to attend in-person every weekend.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Experience with product costing or pricing strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE accounting practices and basic government requirements.</li><li>A supportive attitude and willingness to work with a growing, close-knit creative team.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your CV and a short note about your relevant experience.Work visa sponsorship is not available for this part-time role.
