Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data science workflows, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions that support strategic business decisions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.</li><li>Perform data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.</li><li>Evaluate and optimize machine learning models to ensure high performance and reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production environments.</li><li>Maintain code versioning best practices and ensure project documentation.</li><li>Guide junior data scientists and support team growth.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Python, model evaluation, and version control (Git).</li><li>Experience with machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and statistical analysis.</li><li>Solid understanding of end-to-end model development lifecycle.</li></ul>Added Advantages<ul><li>Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).</li><li>Familiarity with MLOps processes.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
