Ensure that all testing practices in the specifically allocated work

area are done in an error free and timely manner while adhering
<br>
to all testing guidelines and procedures as outlined in the testing
<br>
policy manual. Conduct stringent root cause analysis and recommend
<br>
approaches to address concerns. Provide inputs on new product development
<br>
and train junior engineers and other service engineers from the regional locations and in the testing team<br>
