WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
<ul><li>Conduct site assessment to determine insulation requirements &amp; identify potential challenges</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects</li>
<li>Prepare work areas by covering surfaces from overspray</li>
<li>Mix and apply spray foam insulation, ensuring even coverage and proper adhesion</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines</li>
<li>Operate and maintain spray foam rigs and equipment safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:
<ul><li>Ability to read &amp; understand blueprints and measurements</li>
<li>Ability to operate different types of aerial equipment after required training is provided</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 80 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to stoop, walk, kneel and climb stairs &amp; ladders as required by the job site
</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
