We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional passionate about advancing dental health and committed to excellence in patient care.Duties<ul><li>Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions with precision and compassion</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans</li><li>Utilize advanced dental technology such as digital X-rays and medical imaging to diagnose conditions accurately</li><li>Execute oral surgeries and root canal therapies adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols</li><li>Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort</li><li>Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to promote lifelong dental health</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working as a General Dentist in a fast-paced dental clinic or office environment</li><li>Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards</li><li>Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, prosthodontics procedures, endodontics (root canals), and other restorative treatments</li><li>Familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques for treating children and adolescents effectively</li><li>Ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate care tailored to individual requirements</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to maintaining medical records meticulously while adhering to HIPAA guidelines</li></ul>Join us to provide outstanding dental care that transforms smiles!
