Looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to work for a digital bank based in Abu Dhabi:1. Audit Strategy and Execution:<ul><li>Support the development and execution of the bank's annual audit plan, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key risk areas and adherence to regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Head of Audit to lead and guide internal auditors in conducting efficient and effective audits.</li></ul>2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:<ul><li>Independently assess or supervise /evaluate the assessment of Operational/ Credit/ Reputational/ Financial/ Compliance/ Legal risks and provide suitable recommendation to mitigate the same.</li></ul>3. Legal Associate / Director ( Corporate Law)

Looking for an IT Audit Manager for a digital bank in Abu DhabiLead and perform IT, cybersecurity, and data audits, ensuring effective risk identification, control assessments, and compliance with regulatory frameworks (such as UAE Information Assurance Regulation, Data Protection Laws, etc.).<ul><li>Review and assess the IT risks of our cloud-based infrastructure and microservices architecture to ensure they align with best practices and compliance requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain audit frameworks, methodologies, and practices that continuously improve our internal control environment.</li><li>Work closely with other departments, including IT, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and Risk, to ensure seamless audit processes and consistent implementation of corrective actions.
