 About The Company
 
 
 
 You will join IAI Solution Pvt (part of the group of companies) at the pilot phase of our product journey. We are a lean, high-growth technology &amp; AI venture serving enterprise clients and also in consumer AI primarily in India/UAE/US and across the world. As we transition from initial prototype/pilot to product scale-up, we need a hands-on product leader who has experience building products from the ground up, has a strong technical background, and can align a development team to deliver rapidly.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap in partnership with founders, stakeholders and the leadership team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation, requirement gathering, MVP definition, development, launch, iteration and scale.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements (from our group companies/clients) into clear product specification, user stories, prioritisation, backlog management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the development team (engineering, QA, UI/UX) to ensure timely delivery of features, and continuously tune/enhance during the pilot phase.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and monitor key product metrics / KPIs (usage, adoption, user feedback, performance) and drive product-market fit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be comfortable working in a start-up environment: ambiguous environment, rapid changes, lean resources, multiple hats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with stakeholders (business owners, customer teams, operations, sales) to gather input, manage expectations and ensure alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide leadership to the product &amp; development team: ensure clarity of roles, timelines, dependencies; drive agile processes (e.g., sprints, stand-ups, reviews).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality of delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the product aligns with business goals (India + UAE context).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage release plans, stakeholder communications, product documentation, and support go-to-market efforts where required.

 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent technical discipline (preferably from IIT, IIIT , NIT or central university/ research institute and so on, exceptional candidates with no tags are also welcome).
 </li>
 <li>
 MBA from TOP B-school is a Plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience (ideally 4-8 years) as a Product Manager or equivalent role, in one or more start-ups (preferably product-led start-ups, built from &ldquo;ground up&rdquo;).
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable track record of taking a product from concept through pilot to launch and iteration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical literacy: able to engage with engineers, understand architecture/trade-offs, API/integration issues, product performance constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (India &amp; UAE context useful).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong prioritisation, agile process discipline, and ability to drive execution under ambiguity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, user feedback loops, product metrics, experimentation A/B tests etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Startup mindset: resourceful, results-oriented, comfortable with changing priorities and wearing multiple hats.
 </li>
 <li>
 (Desirable) Experience with SaaS or AI-driven products, or enterprise-B2B solutions. Experience across India and/or Middle East/UAE markets is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written English; cross-cultural/remote team exposure is a plus.

 Ideal Candidate Profile
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Someone who has been in a startup environment (ideally seed &rarr; Series A) where the product/process wasn&rsquo;t fully defined and they built up structure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical enough to liaise with engineers, yet strategic enough to drive the product roadmap.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable pivoting and iterating quickly (pilot phase mindset).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative yet decisive: able to align stakeholders, but also make calls and drive delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Motivated by ownership and growth rather than just &lsquo;job role.&rsquo;
