Need a General Manager who has good experience working in Garment Manufacturing Industry.The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across production, quality, merchandising, HR and administration, while driving growth, efficiency, and profitabilityResponsibilities:1. Production &amp; Operations ManagementOversee end-to-end production planning, execution, and on-time delivery.Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.2. Quality Control &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all products meet required quality standards and buyer expectations.</li></ul>3. Merchandising &amp; Client Coordination<ul><li>Order planning, approvals.</li><li>Coordinate with clients/buyers for production updates and issue resolution.</li></ul>4. Costing &amp; Budget Management<ul><li>Analyse production costs and ensure profitability on each order.</li><li>Reduce wastage, improve efficiency, and control operational expenses.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts for budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Skills Required<ul><li>4&ndash;10 years of experience in garment manufacturing (preferably women wear).</li><li>Strong knowledge of production planning, factory management, quality systems.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage large teams.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
