If you understand how to fill rooms, grow direct bookings, and build a memorable brand online, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to increase direct bookings, brand awareness, and repeat guests.</li><li>Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special offers across all channels.</li></ul>Website, SEO &amp; Content<ul><li>Optimize our website for SEO (on-page and off-page) including keyword research, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure.</li><li>Write and edit high-quality blogs, landing pages, and web copy focused on hospitality, travel, wellness, and guest experiences.</li><li>Monitor and improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Organic Growth<ul><li>Create and execute a social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) aligned with our brand voice and guest profile.</li><li>Write captions, choose visuals, and post consistently to grow an engaged community.</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, hospitable manner.</li><li>Work with photography/video teams (or shoot simple content yourself) to produce reels, stories, and UGC-style content.</li></ul>Paid Ads &amp; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads/Google AdWords campaigns (Search, Display, Brand campaigns) focused on bookings and inquiries.</li><li>Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) and adjust campaigns to meet targets.</li><li>Coordinate retargeting and remarketing strategies to bring past visitors back.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Reputation<ul><li>Ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints (website, OTAs, social media, email, print).</li><li>Help manage online reputation on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and OTAs by monitoring and responding to reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with operations/guest services to turn real guest experiences into strong stories and testimonials.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, inn, vacation rentals, wellness retreat, or similar).</li><li>Proven hands-on experience with:</li><li>SEO (technical and content)</li><li>Blog/content writing</li><li>Google Ads/Google AdWords</li><li>Social media management for a brand (not just personal accounts)</li><li>Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and hospitality-appropriate tone.</li><li>Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of booking funnels, direct booking strategies, and basic CRO (conversion rate optimization).</li><li>Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.</li><li>Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with ownership and on-site team.</li></ul>Bonus (not required, but a plus):<ul><li>Experience with hospitality booking engines or PMS/Channel Managers.</li><li>Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Opportunity to directly shape the brand and guest journey.</li><li>Creative, collaborative work environment in a hospitality setting.</li><li>Growth potential as the property and brand expand.</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your resume, a short cover letter, and links or examples of past work (campaigns, blogs, social accounts, or ads you&rsquo;ve managed).Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $2,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
