We focus on providing authentic learning, industry-recognized certifications, and real career value.Role Overview: We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive and communicative individual to help drive growth, generate leads, and build relationships with students and institutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate and manage leads for training and internship programs.</li><li>Conduct market research and pitch our offerings.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team for strategy alignment.</li><li>Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain sales records.</li><li>Travel for business development activities (as required).</li></ul>Eligibility:<ul><li>Open to freshers and final-year students.</li><li>No minimum GPA or prior experience required.</li><li>Must have strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>During Probation (4 months): &#8377;13,500/month + &#8377;10,000 incentive</li><li>After Probation: CTC &#8377;6 LPA (&#8377;3.6L fixed + &#8377;2.4L performance-based)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
