The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in various HR roles, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and understanding of human resources practices and procedures.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment and Onboarding:</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.</li><li>Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.</li><li>Employee Relations:</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.</li><li>Performance Management:</li><li>Coordinate performance appraisal processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.</li><li>Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate training programs for staff.</li><li>HR Administration:</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.</li><li>Handle HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, agreements, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Payroll and Benefits Administration:</li><li>Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs and address queries related to compensation and benefits.</li><li>Compliance and Legal Requirements:</li><li>Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.</li><li>Support audits and investigations related to HR matters as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regulations is preferred.</li><li>Also willing to travel for official purposes.</li></ul>If you are a motivated HR professional looking to contribute to a dynamic team and grow your career in human resources, we encourage you to apply for this position.
