6:00 PM</li><li>Tuesday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM</li><li>Wednesday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Thursday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM</li><li>Friday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Saturday: One Saturday per month (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM but schedule can vary)</li></ul>Total Clinical Hours: 36 hours per weekConsistent schedule with predictable hours and minimal weekend commitment!What You'll DoAs our Licensed Dental Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the patient experience and clinical operations:Clinical Responsibilities:<ul><li>Chairside assisting for procedures (crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, fillings, etc.)</li><li>Capture digital radiographs (BWXs, FMX, select PAs)</li><li>Capture digital scans using our intraoral scanner for crown/bridge cases and appliance fabrication</li><li>Take traditional impressions when needed (rarely) for prosthetic work</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization protocols</li><li>Manage patient flow efficiently throughout the day</li><li>Instrument sterilization and maintaining infection control standards</li><li>Set up and break down rooms for various procedures</li><li>Provide patient education and post-operative instructions</li><li>Navigate Dentrix Ascend for charting, imaging, and patient documentation</li><li>Order supplies for the office and keep track of our supply needs</li></ul>Practice Support:<ul><li>Help manage daily operations in a small-team environment</li><li>Support front office with patient scheduling and flow as needed</li><li>Maintain inventory and order dental supplies</li><li>Assist with treatment plan presentations and case acceptance</li><li>Contribute ideas to enhance patient experience and practice efficiency</li><li>Wear multiple hats to support practice growth</li></ul>Patient Care:<ul><li>Create a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients of all ages</li><li>Build relationships with patients and families</li><li>Assist anxious patients with empathy and patience</li><li>Ensure smooth transitions between treatment phases</li></ul>What Makes You a Great FitRequired Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant License (required)</li><li>Current CPR/BLS certification</li><li>Radiology certification (Massachusetts required)</li><li>Strong chairside assisting skills</li><li>Proficiency with digital radiography</li><li>Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols</li><li>Ability to work full-time, including one Saturday per month</li><li>Proficient in Dentrix Ascend OR willing to learn our software system</li><li>Experience with intraoral scanners OR willing to learn digital impression technology</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>2+ years of dental assisting experience (preferred)</li><li>Experience with restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges)</li><li>Experience with prosthodontics (dentures, partials, implants)</li><li>Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend practice management software (highly preferred)</li><li>Experience using intraoral scanners for digital impressions (highly preferred but not required&mdash;we'll train!)</li><li>Experience with traditional impression techniques (alginate, PVS)</li><li>Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning</li></ul>Technology in Our Office:<ul><li>Dentrix Ascend &ndash; Cloud-based practice management system (we'll train if you're not familiar!)</li><li>Intraoral Scanner &ndash; Digital impression technology with iTero scanner for crowns, bridges, and appliances</li><li>Digital X-rays &ndash;
