This one-year, full-time role (with potential for extension) is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing partnerships, and representing a brand with warmth and professionalism.You&rsquo;ll help expand Alerion&rsquo;s presence across North Carolina and beyond by engaging with referral partners, local communities, and aligned luxury service providers. While a polished marketing sense is important, your true impact will come from the relationships you cultivate and the opportunities you create through authentic engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership &amp; Community Engagement<ul><li>Represent Alerion at networking events, private gatherings, and industry conferences.</li><li>Develop and nurture relationships with strategic partners &mdash; from real estate professionals and designers to luxury service providers.</li><li>Identify local and regional opportunities for brand collaboration, sponsorships, and cross-promotions.</li><li>Act as a brand ambassador, consistently communicating Alerion&rsquo;s values and vision through personal connection.</li></ul>Brand Visibility &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Support campaigns and initiatives that highlight Alerion&rsquo;s partnerships and community involvement.</li><li>Oversee updates to digital channels and ensure consistent brand presence across touchpoints.</li><li>Contribute to event planning, client experiences, and curated partner activations.</li><li>Provide input on creative projects &mdash; from photography to presentation materials &mdash; that tell the story of Alerion&rsquo;s network and lifestyle.</li></ul>Business Development Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with leadership to identify new relationship-driven growth opportunities.</li><li>Track engagement metrics, partnership performance, and outreach efforts to inform strategy.</li><li>Help shape Alerion&rsquo;s presence in new markets through thoughtful introductions and collaborations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or hospitality.</li><li>Genuine enthusiasm for meeting people and building trusted relationships.</li><li>Poised, articulate, and confident representing a luxury lifestyle brand.</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for detail and presentation.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing tools and light content creation (social media, Canva/Adobe).</li><li>Willingness to travel between Charlotte, Blowing Rock, and other locations nationally as needed.</li></ul>Why Join UsThis is a unique opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a growing company that&rsquo;s redefining estate management.
