 Hybrid role working partially in office, partially in the field, covering the area surrounding the office location.

 Work Schedule:
 
 Monday - Friday, 7-4pm EST
 
 
 
 Pay Rate:
 
 $30-$35/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
 
 
 
 Duration of Contract:
 
 Long-term contract with extension/conversion possibility
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and track project milestones, create and issue jobs within the tracking software, and oversee full lifecycle updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal cross-functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales to serve as the primary contact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, approve, and manage funding requests and purchase orders related to job estimates and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct quality control workflow management, validate field quality, and ensure milestones such as permit closures and final invoices are completed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous fiber/telecom/osp construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organization and project management skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with milestone management software such as JT/Polaris or Salesforce.
 </li>
 </ul>
