 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science &amp; engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience in AI/Data Science.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of working with machine learning, deep learning algorithms and hands-on with LLM applications
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provides LLM expertise to solve AI problems using state-of-the-art language models and off-the-shelf LLM services, such as OpenAI models. Along with knowledge around Retrieval augmented generation and relevant techniques to improve performance &amp; capabilities of LLMs
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop end-to-end machine learning pipeline which includes model development, tuning, implementation, deployment and MLOps
 </li>
 <li>
 An end-to-end model pipeline for tranformer-based usecases which includes model development and fine tuning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with business and product management teams to develop and implement analytics solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate results to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess strong logical analytical abilities in problem-solving and solution designing
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the fields of AI
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Mandatory Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Python, Scikit-Learn, Transformer, PyTorch, SQL, LangChain
 </li>
 <li>
 Model building, Hyperparameter tuning and Model performance metrics, Model Deployment of machine learning models
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep learning/LLM models finetuning and evaluation
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge on LLMs such as domain like LlaMA, Mistral and others
 </li>
 </ul>
