 The Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We're seeking an Optimization Strategist who will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our top customers. You'll own the full delivery lifecycle, from onboarding through optimization strategy, test roadmap development, and delivering measurable revenue impact.&nbsp; This is a strategic, customer-facing position where you'll leverage our cutting-edge AI platform to deliver what used to be impossible: sophisticated, high-velocity experimentation programs, launched within hours, that drive massive impact for customers.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>

 Onboard, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value customers
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop and execute comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Translate customers&rsquo; business goals into testable hypotheses and prioritized experiment backlogs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify conversion barriers and opportunities
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage multiple concurrent customer website conversion rate optimization (CRO) programs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring the Coframe product evolves to meet customer needs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Report on program performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations to customer stakeholders
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with our AI engineers to systematically optimize your own work
 
 </li>

 Who You Are
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Minimum of 3 years experience in website optimization techniques, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Previous experience working at a top consultancy, agency, or experimentation platform company OR having run your own CRO agency
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Target, Sitespect)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO practices
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent communication skills and presence for collaboration with diverse teams of executive and non-executive, technical and non-technical stakeholders
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to understand web technologies, read/debug HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and discuss implementation details with engineers
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through experimentation
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Exceptional taste in design and UX, and ability to quickly perform design critiques
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Obsessively data-driven with strong analytical and synthesis skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a high-growth startup environment
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to be in office 5 days a week
 
 </li>
