We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for preparing plans, specifications, design considerations, reports, and permit applications for a wide range of civil engineering projects. This is a full-time position offering exciting opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare detailed project plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.</li><li>
Collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to produce high-quality deliverables within established timelines.</li><li>
Conduct thorough research and analysis to support design decisions and problem-solving efforts.</li><li>
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to create accurate and efficient engineering designs.</li><li>
Assist in the preparation of calculations, reports, and documentation related to project submittals.</li><li>
Interface with clients, review agencies, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve any issues that arise.</li><li>
Participate in site visits and construction meetings to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve any onsite challenges.</li><li>
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in civil engineering design</li></ul>

Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30AM - 5:30PM and Fridays 8AM-12PM

Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>
EIT (Engineer in Training) preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.</li><li>
Strong understanding of engineering principles, codes, and standards.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy</li></ul></div>
