LPN Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing</li><li>
Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not required</li><li>
Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders</li><li>
Monitor residents&rsquo; health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation</li><li>
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care</li><li>
Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
