This position plays a key role in maintaining organization, tracking projects, and ensuring smooth daily operations.JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the timely and accurate collection and coordination of data submission, as well as providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail and have fluency with Excel and Sheets. The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant will assist with data analyses for some projects, as well as support with drafting of abstracts, manuscripts and presentations. The team member will assist with logistics of program activities as well as generate and review reports built in Distru, Metrc, and BDSA to track sales and marketing data. Responsibilities include data entry and analysis, production of data reports, posters and presentations, attending meetings, assisting with logistics of program activities, and other projects as requested.RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:&#9679; Communicate effectively and courteously with all contacts&mdash;internal and external.&#9679; Work well with a diverse team of people.&#9679; Perform data collection, input, management, cleaning, and analysis for various projects.&#9679; Generate reporting templates to be used by the sales team.&#9679; Verifies data for completeness and accuracy.&#9679; Prepare and format reports and documents for review from the Admin Lead.&#9679; Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.&#9679; Communicates with and/or responds to inquiries and requests.&#9679; Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:&#9679; Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.&#9679; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.&#9679; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.&#9679; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&#9679; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&#9679; Must have a reliable form of transportation.&#9679; Previous experience with Distru, Metrc, and BDSA. (preferred, but not required)WORK REMOTELY:&#9679; NoJOB TYPES:&#9679; Full-TimeSALARY: $23 per hourSCHEDULE:&#9679; 8 hour shift&#9679; Monday-Friday&#9679; Requires some weekend/holidays altering rotationEDUCATION:&#9679; High school or equivalent (Preferable)&#9679; Must be at least 21 years oldLANGUAGE:&#9679; English (Required)REASONING ABILITY:&#9679; Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.SPECIALIZED TRAINING IF APPLICABLE:&#9679; 2+ year experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:&#9679; Operates in a warm or cold environment with a lot of bending for extended periods of time, and must be able to handle 15 lbs. Sitting, standing, walking, and keyboarding.&#9679; May have to sit for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk.
