We serve patients of all ages and take pride in building lasting relationships grounded in trust, education, and comprehensive care.Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, growth-oriented Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care and is interested in integrating an airway-focused perspective into their care. The ideal candidate values collaboration, patient education, and a team-based model of care. This role involves providing comprehensive general dentistry with mentorship available in airway and sleep dentistry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform comprehensive dental exams.</li><li>Diagnose and treat general dental conditions for patients of all ages.</li><li>Provide restorative care, preventive services, and patient education aligned with integrative dental practices.</li><li>Utilize digital technologies (CBCT, intraoral scanning, digital radiography, etc.) to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.</li><li>Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records and uphold high standards of patient communication.</li><li>Participate in continuing education, case reviews, and team meetings to support practice growth and clinical excellence.</li><li>Contribute positively to a warm, supportive, and wellness-driven office culture.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.</li><li>Active state dental license (or eligibility).</li><li>Strong interest in airway-focused, biologic, or integrative dental approaches (previous training a plus but not required).</li><li>Commitment to patient-centered care, communication, and long-term treatment planning.</li><li>Proficiency in general dentistry procedures; comfort with pediatric and family dentistry strongly preferred.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within a holistic, interdisciplinary framework.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.</li></ul>Preferred Experience (Not Required):<ul><li>Familiarity with sleep-disordered breathing screening, myofunctional concepts, or functional orthodontics.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation structure (daily minimum plus production/collections-based bonus).</li><li>Supportive training environment for providers transitioning into airway-focused or holistic dentistry.</li><li>Modern, wellness-oriented office with advanced technology.</li><li>Collaborative team culture and strong administrative support.</li><li>Opportunities for advanced CE and professional development.</li><li>A mission-driven environment focused on improving whole-body health through dentistry.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $800.00 - $3,000.00 per dayExpected hours: 9 per weekWork Location: In person
