Your job is to keep the front office running smoothly with discipline, warmth, and clear communication.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage pet onboarding and deboarding process with proper documentation.</li><li>Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain guest relations &mdash; greet clients, answer queries, coordinate services.</li><li>Coordinate with grooming, vet, hostel, and play school teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Keep accurate records in CRM/software (training will be provided).</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, service reminders, follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional standards at reception.</li><li>Address customer complaints politely and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Assist in basic administrative tasks and inventory coordination.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong communication and hospitality mindset.</li><li>Basic computer skills (billing, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, CRM).</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.</li><li>A tidy, disciplined working style.</li><li>Prior experience in hospitality, clinics, or pet care is a bonus.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>Competitive; based on experience.</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Full-time, on-site at Doggos Heaven.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,729.40 - &#8377;45,334.45 per monthWork Location: In person
