The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and dedicated educational leader with a proven track record in school administration, curriculum development, and staff management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school.</li><li>Oversee academic programs, ensuring high-quality instruction and student achievement.</li><li>Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.</li><li>Develop and implement school policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage student discipline and welfare.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff.</li><li>Represent the school at various events and functions.</li><li>Collaborate with the Principal on strategic planning and school improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Master's degree in Education or MBA a related field preferred.</li><li>A Bachelor's degree with exceptional experience will be considered.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in management and education, preferably in a senior secondary school setting.</li><li>Experience as a Head of Department, Coordinator, or similar leadership role is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.</li></ul>Proficiency in drafting various types of communication, including formal and informal letters.<ul><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and the community.</li><li>Knowledge of current educational trends, best practices, and assessment strategies.</li><li>Experience in curriculum development and implementation.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>A commitment to fostering a positive and enriching learning environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gebua khas, Nainital, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
