Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management:</li><li>Identify and target potential clients for permanent &amp; contractual staffing solutions.</li><li>Build strong relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and hiring managers across industries.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.</li><li>Lead Generation &amp; Market Research:</li><li>Generate new business leads through cold calls, references, networking, and online platforms.</li><li>Research market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.</li><li>Revenue Generation &amp; Business Growth:</li><li>Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell staffing services to existing and new clients.</li><li>Coordination with Recruitment Team:</li><li>Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to understand client requirements.</li><li>Ensure smooth execution of staffing solutions and client satisfaction.</li><li>Contract Management:</li><li>Develop proposals, agreements, and contracts in line with company policies.</li></ul>Manage renewals and extensions of existing contractsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
