 was established in March 2021, following the transformation of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) into a Holding Group structure.  Job description
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Principal Duties and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting business opportunities through promoting Edaa services and expanding issuer utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversion of opportunities into revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead high-level discussions, presentations, and engagement initiatives with issuers to strengthen partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze issuer needs, market trends, and feedback to recommend enhancements to products and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internally with product development, operations, and client services teams to resolve complex issuer issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor issuer performance metrics, engagement levels, and satisfaction indicators, taking proactive action where needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide insights and reports to senior management on issuer trends, risks, and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all issuer interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the organization in industry events, forums, and issuer-related engagements.
 </li>

 Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company&rsquo;s standards.

 Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.

 Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.

 Education and Certifications

 Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications are preferred
 </li>

 Knowledge and Experience
 
 
 <ul>

 6+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, capital markets, or financial services, knowledge of post-trade services, custody, and issuer-related processes.
 </li>
