 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 
 &bull; Analyze business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or SuccessFactors solutions
 
 
 &bull; Configure and implement relevant SAP modules for clients
 
 
 &bull; Support testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with integration and technical teams for system alignment
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum
 
 5 years of SAP implementation or consulting experience
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong functional understanding of
 
 end-to-end HR, Finance, Procurement and technical processes
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience in
 
 solution design, configuration, and business process mapping
 
 
 
 &bull; Ability to document requirements and manage client workshops
 
 
 &bull; Good knowledge of
 
 integration points with SAP ERP / S/4HANA
 
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and client-facing skills
 
 
 &bull; Capable of managing deliverables independently
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; SAP Certification is a must.
 
 
 &bull; Experience with
 
 multi-country or global rollouts
 
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to
 
 third-party integrations and middleware tools
 
 
 
 &bull; Prior consulting or project-based experience with enterprise clients

 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
