Payroll MIS Executive &ndash; Urgent HiringLocation: Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly Department: HR &amp; Administration Shift: General (10:00 am - 06:30 pm) Salary: 14k - 16k NTH (Depends on experience &amp; skill)We are urgently looking for a Payroll MIS Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations with responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate must be confident, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling a large workforce of approx. 150 employees.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and file PF &amp; ESI challans, maintain statutory compliance documentation</li><li>Maintain daily/weekly/monthly attendance records for ~150 employees</li><li>Execute full-cycle salary calculation, overtime validation &amp; monthly payroll support</li><li>Maintain employee records, joining/exit formalities &amp; personnel files</li><li>Handle employee grievances professionally and resolve issues calmly &amp; effectively</li><li>Draft official letters, notices, emails &amp; HR communication</li><li>Maintain HR MIS reports with 100% accuracy</li><li>Coordinate with departments for discipline, admin activities &amp; manpower updates</li><li>Support safety, compliance &amp; policy implementation across the plant</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations (manufacturing experience preferred)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of PF&ndash;ESI portal, challan preparation &amp; compliance follow-ups</li><li>Good command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Pivot, Filters)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office &amp; Email Drafting</li><li>Minimum 25 WPM typing speed (mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to take responsibility and deliver error-free work under deadlines</li><li>Good interpersonal skills for handling employees &amp; grievances</li><li>Qualification: Graduate (Any stream), HR certifications preferred</li></ul>Who Should Apply?<ul><li>Candidates who can work with ownership &amp; accountability</li><li>HR professionals confident in compliance, payroll &amp; employee handling</li><li>Candidates who maintain accuracy and discipline in documentation</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>On-Roll Permanent Employment</li><li>&#8377;11,000 &ndash; &#8377;14,000 (In-Hand) based on experience &amp; performance.</li><li>PF + ESI</li><li>Paid Leave Facilities (EL / CL / Comp-Off)</li><li>Pick &amp; Drop Facility (Plant &harr; Sheoraphuli Station)</li><li>Yearly Bonus &amp; Gratuity</li><li>Stable Career with Performance-Based Growth Opportunities</li></ul>Immediate Joiners Preferred!
