Our mission is to transform investment properties into beautifully curated vacation homes that deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize return on investment (ROI) for our clients.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking a Junior Interior Designer to support the design and setup of our luxury Airbnb and seasonal rental properties. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for bold, high-end design, can make quick and confident selections, and understands how to balance aesthetics with functionality and profitability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the project management team on property design concepts and implementation.</li><li>Select all interior finishes and materials, including tile, flooring, fixtures, lighting, and paint.</li><li>Source furniture, d&eacute;cor, and accessories within project timelines and budgets.</li><li>Create mood boards, floor plans, and visual presentations for client and internal review.</li><li>Ensure all design choices align with Exhale&rsquo;s brand aesthetic and ROI-driven approach.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in interior design or related field (residential, hospitality, or real estate design experience preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or similar) a plus.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make confident design decisions quickly.</li></ul>Contract Details<ul><li>Contract-based position, project assignments may vary by property.</li><li>Flexible schedule based on project timeline and needs.</li><li>Compensation commensurate with experience and project scope.</li><li>Must live in Palm Beach County Florida</li><li>Please include samples of your own work from concept to completion</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per yearWork Location: On the road
