Florence Crittenton is looking for a warm, flexible, and dependable Teacher Float to join our Child Enrichment Center!What You Will Do:As a Teacher Float, you&rsquo;ll bring consistency, care, and creativity to our inclusive early childhood classrooms, supporting children ages 0&ndash;5. You&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>Jump in across classrooms to assist with play-based, hands-on learning.</li><li>Support transitions, group activities, mealtimes, and rest periods.</li><li>Encourage social-emotional development, self-regulation, and cooperative play.</li><li>Communicate with families respectfully and help create a welcoming environment for all.</li><li>Collaborate closely with lead teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Uphold licensing and health/safety standards and contribute to a clean, nurturing environment.</li></ul>What You Will Bring:<ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>A love for children and a passion for early childhood education.</li><li>Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings and routines.</li><li>A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.</li><li>The ability to stay calm, patient, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>The ability to pass a background check.</li></ul>Experience in early childhood education is preferred but not required&mdash;we&rsquo;re happy to support your growth!Why Choose Us:At Florence Crittenton, we believe in nurturing both children and the people who care for them.
