 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Sales Growth &amp; Performance Marketing

 Plan and execute&nbsp;
 
 ROI-focused ad campaigns
 
 &nbsp;(Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Quick Commerce Ads).
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize CAC:LTV ratio and manage ad spends effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and offers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Website Optimisation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Improve conversion rate through UX/UI tweaks, upsells, cross-sells, and checkout optimisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with developers/designers for page speed, SEO, and funnel improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage integrations with CRM, analytics, and automation tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Quick Commerce &amp; Marketplace Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize catalog visibility, reviews, and delivery SLAs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track platform-wise performance and negotiate platform promotions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Analytics &amp; Revenue Tracking
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build dashboards for daily/weekly sales, ROAS, and platform contributions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Derive insights from traffic, sales, and ad data to drive decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report performance with actionable recommendations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Content &amp; Campaign Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with creative teams to produce high-performing ad and product visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan product launches, festival offers, influencer tie-ups, and affiliate programs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Ideal Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;6 years
 
 &nbsp;in ecommerce or D2C growth marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with:
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Shopify
 
 &nbsp;(apps, analytics, CRO tools like Hotjar, Klaviyo, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Amazon Seller Central
 
 &nbsp;and quick commerce dashboards
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excel/Sheets for performance tracking
 
 &nbsp;and ROI analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to&nbsp;
 
 scale revenue with limited budgets.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong grasp of&nbsp;
 
 consumer psychology, funnel metrics, and retention marketing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing creative agencies or freelancers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of&nbsp;
 
 SEO, SEM, email, and SMS marketing
 
 &nbsp;a big plus.
 </li>
