Sales Development Representative 
To fuel our 2026 growth plans, we are looking for talented sales professionals to join our Miami sales team. 
 
As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in GDS, helping to broker relationships with senior decision makers from key accounts and net new targets.

You will work directly with our most senior executives to ensure accelerated learning and mentorship with strong career development opportunities. 
 
At GDS we pride ourselves on rewarding our sales team, so you will receive a monthly, uncapped commission scheme so your success is recognized and rewarded. 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>
Own the top of funnel full sales cycle process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics</li>
<li>Engage with solution providers across the globe at the forefront of cutting-edge innovation and new technology</li>
<li>Partner with SVP and C-suite executives, work strategically with customers to position them and their advanced solutions in front of key decision makers from the largest enterprises in Europe and North America</li>
<li>Develop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing relationships with existing clients</li>
<li>Speaking with decision makers about their strategic commercial objectives and communicating our capability to directly match their solutions to enterprise projects</li>
<li>Developing a continuous sales pipeline by researching the multiple layers of your market to identify prospect organisations</li>
<li>Provide strong domain and vertical expertise to help develop solutions that promote long-term engagement with GDS Group</li>
<li>Articulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client</li></ul> 


What you will bring to the role

A highly motivated sales professional with the passion and dedication to achieve results</li>
<li>Positive attitude and strong coachability</li>
<li>1+ year in SDR or strong outbound sales role</li>
<li>Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be conversing with senior-level decision makers on a daily basis</li>
<li>Strong work ethic to excel in outbound multi-channel prospecting (circa 100 calls/ 30 emails/LI per day)</li>
<li>Able to excel in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to hit goals, succeed and continuously develop</li>
<li>Process-driven and follows best practice to achieve success</li>

About You:

Must have experience selling packages to Event Sponsors and previously worked for a B2B Events specialist.</li>
<li>Passionate about new business sales/prospecting.</li>
<li>3+ years of B2B sales experience.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure, organize and priorities responsibilities.</li>
<li>Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn and new business prospecting.</li>
<li>Good organisation and timekeeping.</li>
<li>Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships.</li>
<li>Articulate communicator with strong phone-based presentation skills.</li></ul>
