 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 We are seeking a seasoned
 
 Service Strategy Consultant
 
 with at least 10 years of experience to lead workplace transformation initiatives. This role focuses on developing strategies that integrate physical space and digital experiences, working onsite with a high-profile client in New York City.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have a consulting mindset and proven experience working with senior leadership in large enterprises to identify strategic opportunities. They should excel at workshop facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and strategic communication. The role requires a trusted advisor approach, building strong client relationships without appearing sales driven.
 
 
 
 This position is located in New York City and can be either a FTE at a salary range of $135-140k plus equity and benefits or a contract position at $90/hour.
 
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Strategic Consulting:

 Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for workplace transformation.
 </li>

 Participate in strategic planning and consultative discussions, guiding decision-making and aligning on priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps that integrate physical and digital experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clearly communicate recommendations without appearing sales oriented.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Service Design And Transformation
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with the client to design and implement workplace strategies that bridge physical and digital environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create service blueprints, journey maps, and other strategic documents to guide implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a holistic approach that balances strategy and practical execution.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Workshop Facilitation And Stakeholder Engagement
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and facilitate workshops to foster stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage senior leaders in structured sessions to clarify objectives and align on strategic outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships through thoughtful and strategic interactions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Collaboration And Communication
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic workplace solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present insights and roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of strategic value.

 Maintain open communication with client teams to sustain long-term collaboration.

 Project Execution

 What You Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in consulting, service strategy, or workplace transformation within large enterprises.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to advise senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong consulting portfolio demonstrating successful strategic leadership and project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills, building client trust through consultative interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading complex projects from strategy through implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work onsite in New York City.
