Key Responsibilities of Accounting &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise the junior accountant.</li><li>Maintain and review books of accounts as per statutory guidelines.</li><li>Prepare and verify Balance Sheet, Profit &amp; Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statements.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.</li></ul>Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Manage and file GST returns, TDS returns, and advance tax payments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all government regulations including GST laws, Income Tax Act, ROC regulations, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and statutory authorities as needed.</li></ul>Credit Control &amp; Receivables Management<ul><li>Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of dues.</li><li>Implement and manage credit policies to minimize outstanding payments.</li><li>Conduct periodic reconciliation of client accounts.</li></ul>Internal Audit &amp; Controls<ul><li>Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.</li><li>Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Strengthen internal financial controls and documentation.</li></ul>Reports &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial summaries, cost analysis, and cash-flow forecasts.</li><li>Offer financial insights to management for decision-making.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, FreelancePay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 54 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
