At Guaranteed Auto, our goal is not just to make the sale, but to help customers navigate the complex process of purchasing a vehicle and match the perfect vehicle to their specific wants and needs.This is an exciting opportunity to sell a diverse inventory, including Our Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles and our unique Lease-It-Own-It program, opening up a wider customer base and greater earning potential for you.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, serving as a consultant throughout the buying journey.</li><li>Master the art of needs assessment to match the perfect vehicle&mdash;whether it's from our Quality Pre-Owned selection or the flexible Lease-It-Own-It program&mdash;with the customer's financial and lifestyle requirements.</li><li>Proactively follow up with potential leads and past customers via phone.</li><li>Conduct phone calls with a clear, defined goal for each conversation (e.g., setting an appointment, gathering key information, or closing a deal).</li><li>Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, showcasing both our standard inventory and the flexible Lease-It-Own-It program.</li><li>Conduct test drives and effectively demonstrate vehicle features.</li><li>Negotiate and finalize sales, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and financing options, especially regarding the Lease-It-Own-It structure.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation: Excellent commission structure with uncapped earning potential.</li><li>Guaranteed 2 Days Off Per Week: Consistent 5-day work schedule for better work-life balance.</li><li>Comprehensive Training: We provide the tools and training you need to succeed in selling both purchase and Lease-It-Own-It vehicles.</li><li>Team Environment: Join a supportive and dedicated local team in Van Wert that prioritizes customer satisfaction.</li><li>Growth Opportunity: Potential for career advancement within Guaranteed Auto.</li></ul>Sales Consultant Schedule (5-Day Work Week):The ideal candidate will work a consistent 5-day schedule within our operating hours, guaranteeing two full days off each week.Our store hours are:<ul><li>Monday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM</li><li>Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM</li><li>Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate who has a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Excellent phone skills with the ability to maintain professional and goal-oriented conversations.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li><li>Familiarity with the Van Wert, Ohio area is a plus!</li></ul>Ready to start a rewarding career helping people find their perfect vehicle?
