Your expertise in visual design, typography, color management, and production will drive the development of packaging concepts that stand out on shelves and resonate with target audiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional passionate about shaping brand identities through innovative packaging solutions.Duties<ul><li>Develop eye-catching packaging concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.</li><li>Utilize advanced graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Sketch to produce high-quality digital art, illustrations, and layout designs.</li><li>Incorporate motion graphics and video editing techniques using Adobe After Effects and other tools to enhance packaging presentations or promotional content.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate branding elements, logo design, typography, and color theory into packaging visuals that communicate brand stories effectively.</li><li>Manage color accuracy and consistency through meticulous color management practices across print and digital formats.</li><li>Create prototypes and production-ready files for sign manufacturing, print advertising, and packaging production processes.</li><li>Apply UI/UX principles and web design skills using WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for digital packaging displays or online product showcases.</li><li>Conduct photo manipulation, photography sessions, and digital editing to enhance product images used in packaging or promotional materials.</li><li>Present design concepts clearly using presentation skills and tools such as InVision or other visualization platforms to gather feedback and refine ideas.</li><li>Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for print manufacturing while adhering to safety standards and industry regulations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Must be over age of 21 with bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design or a related field.</li><li>3+ years graphics design experience working for packaging company.</li><li>Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging projects, branding campaigns, or digital art.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in art direction, logo design, typography, color management, and visual storytelling within a commercial context.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, InVision, and other relevant design tools.</li><li>Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), including surface modeling and 3D mockups/renderings.</li><li>Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes and print production workflows for packaging or advertising materials.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing principles to develop designs that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
