Overview We are a property management company based in the Midwest looking to add a construction laborer to our in-house team, working on mobile home renovations.Travel between properties across the midwest will be required. You will be notified of travel in advance and be provided with accommodations, gas reimbursement and meal stipend during travel.The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge and demonstrate excellent work ethic and communication skills.You will be working under a team lead, assisting with the renovation of mobile homes primarily. Duties can include light demolition of floors, counters, etc. Installation of sub-floor, flooring, cabinets, toilets, painting, stairs/decks, etc. You may be required to pick up supplies from time to time as well but gas reimbursement will be provided.Bonuses available for on-time or early completion of projects.Lots of room for growth as you increase your skills!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with rehab of homes based on company standards</li><li>Assist with general repairs and maintenance tasks</li><li>Complete rehabs based on company schedule / timeline</li><li>Pick up supplies as needed</li><li>Travel between locations in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois and others as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Basic construction skills</li><li>Knowledge of mobile homes and related repairs (ideal)</li><li>Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: From $700.00 per weekAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Wellington, KS 67152 (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
