This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship and construction to thrive in a fast-paced environment that values quality work and continuous growth.Duties<ul><li>Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing to create structurally sound and visually appealing interiors and exteriors.</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and install various building components.</li><li>Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects according to specifications.</li><li>Install fixtures such as cabinetry, doors, siding, roofing materials, mold remediation systems, and other architectural elements.</li><li>Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry repairs as needed.</li><li>Engage in restoration projects including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, siding replacement, and general building repairs.</li><li>Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision or as part of integrated project teams.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to OSHA standards; manage materials efficiently on-site.</li><li>Apply caulking, roofing techniques, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, and other specialized skills to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.</li><li>Read schematics for HVAC systems or other mechanical components when involved in remodeling or restoration projects.</li><li>Support team efforts in remodeling projects by fabricating custom parts or adjusting existing structures for optimal fit and function.</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; adhere to safety protocols at all times.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive experience in construction estimating to accurately assess project scope and resource needs.</li><li>Proficiency in various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, metal stud framing, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation.</li><li>Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), CNC machinery for fabrication tasks.</li><li>Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for precise project execution across diverse construction disciplines.</li><li>Experience with concrete forming techniques and masonry work; familiarity with rebar installation for structural integrity.</li><li>Capable of performing roofing tasks including shingle application or membrane roofing systems; siding installation for exterior finishes.</li><li>Knowledge of plastering techniques such as stucco application; ability to handle water damage restoration projects effectively.</li><li>Ability to perform plumbing installations or repairs; electrical experience preferred for integrated project tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with mold remediation procedures; experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.</li><li>Expertise in flooring installation (tile laying), painting (construction painting), drywall finishing &amp; plastering for interior projects.</li><li>Experience with fabrication processes for custom parts; ability to interpret schematics for mechanical or electrical systems involved in remodeling projects.</li><li>Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials safely; excellent problem-solving skills; team-oriented mindset committed to quality craftsmanship.
