Full-time role is purely performance-based and TBD (scope decided post-internship).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Newsletter: Topic ideas, writing, layout, weekly send.</li><li>Repurposing: Turn key items into carousels, posts/threads, and short reels.</li><li>Promotion: Plan hooks + posting schedule; coordinate promos/collabs with the agency.</li><li>Calendar &amp; QC: Maintain content calendar; cite sources; follow SEBI-friendly compliance.</li></ul>Must-Haves<ul><li>Strong, accurate writing; detail-focused; deadline-driven.</li><li>Canva/Adobe.</li><li>Platform fluency: Instagram, LinkedIn, X.</li><li>B.Com/BBA/BMS/Economics/Accounting undergrad (final-year welcome) or any other relevant degree.</li><li>Portfolio with 2&ndash;3 samples (newsletter/blog/carousel/reel script).</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Basic SEO; interest in NISM/finance certifications.</li><li>Basic Video Creation and Editing.</li></ul>Success Metrics<ul><li>Newsletter ready within 3&ndash;4 hours from brief.</li><li>Zero grammar/factual errors; proper citations.</li><li>1 newsletter + 3&ndash;5 repurposed posts per week.</li><li>Posting consistency: 100% adherence to calendar.</li><li>Engagement lift: steady rise in opens, CTR, saves, shares (track weekly).</li><li>Turnaround time trend: average TAT improves month-over-month.</li></ul>Full-Time Path (Performance-Based) A good performance may be offered a full-time role (TBD scope) based solely on results against the above metrics.About Us Advizur Fintech Pvt.
