We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Cabinet Designer and Sales Representative to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Meet with customers in-store to understand their kitchen layout, needs, and style preferences</li><li>Create accurate and visually appealing kitchen cabinet designs using Pro-Kitchen or 2020 Design Software</li><li>Provide detailed quotes in QuickBooks and assist clients with product selections</li><li>Drive sales by offering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment</li><li>Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in kitchen cabinet design and sales</li><li>Proficiency with design software (2020 Design, Pro-kitchen or similar)</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a plus</li><li>Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive base salary + commission</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $3,500.00 - $4,450.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
