Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team and strengthen our digital presence. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for digital communication. You will be responsible for managing our social channels, developing engaging content, and showcasing our college&rsquo;s unique academic and student life.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and queries.</li></ul><ul><li>Support the creation of monthly content calendars aligned with admissions, events, and industry partnerships.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to highlight achievements and activities.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Science etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with key social media platforms and digital trends.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic design and editing skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Internship or project-based experience in social media or marketing.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, or digital advertising.</li></ul><ul><li>Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling.</li></ul>Candidates are encouraged to submit a portfolio or sample work (if available).Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;120,000.00 - &#8377;200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
