Role SummaryThe teacher supports children in the age group of 2.5 to 6 years using Montessori methods and English language learning practices. The role focuses on guiding children towards independence, language development, and foundational academic skills in a nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Facilitate Montessori activities in Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Culture.</li><li>Present Montessori materials correctly and guide children through hands-on learning.</li><li>Support English language development through spoken activities, phonics, reading readiness, and vocabulary building.</li><li>Observe each child&rsquo;s progress and maintain individual records.</li><li>Ensure a safe, calm, and engaging classroom environment.</li><li>Assist in preparing teaching materials and maintaining order in the learning space.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress when required.</li><li>Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.</li><li>Support class routines such as circle time, storytelling, rhymes, and group activities.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Montessori Training (Diploma/Certification) preferred</li><li>Strong English communication skills.</li><li>Passion for early childhood education.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0-3 years with Montessori training or early childhood education background can apply.</li><li>Freshers with any Bachelor's/Master's degree interested to work with Children can apply.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
