 About the Team You will be joining the newly formed AI, Data &amp; Analytics team, primarily responsible as a Data Scientist leading various projects within the small AI team. The new team is focused on driving increased value from the data InvestCloud captures to enable a smarter financial future for our clients, in particular focused on &ldquo;enhanced intelligence&rdquo;. Ensuring we have fit-for-purpose modern capabilities is a key goal for the team.
 
 
 We are seeking a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with a background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI models. The ideal candidate should have a track record in delivering business impact and delighting clients by developing and deploying ML and AI models in production, along with excellent problem-solving skills. In this role, working as part of a team both locally in India and globally, you will integrate AI and ML solutions into the InvestCloud product suite.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement applications powered by Generative AI and Machine Learning models and deploy them in production
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain datasets and data pipelines to support Machine Learning model training and deployment
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret results from Machine Learning models and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with 3rd party providers of AI products to evaluate and implement solutions achieving Investcloud&rsquo;s business objectives.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MSc degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
 </li>
 <li>
 At least two years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communications skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in programming in Python
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks (Scikit-learn) and LLM frameworks (e.g. Langchain)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using large language models, generative AI and agentic frameworks (this may be at work or in personal projects)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in database technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
 </li>
 <li>
 Working experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models in production
 </li>
 <li>
 Working experience with Git and Docker
 </li>
 <li>
 Working proficiency in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical, get-things done mentality within our controls environment.

 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills

 Working experience with Vector Database Technologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Snowflake and/or Databricks
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
